Don't think so, Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition was 100% uncut with FSK18. So I think that Fallout 4 will be 100% uncut as well.

It doesn't look like the design fits the screen from any phone I know of. If it did, that would have to be a short phone with a wide screen.

Maybe the phone/app just becomes the brains of the device and transmits to a screen on the Pip-Boy.

Probably answered at this point, but it definitely houses a phone. A portion of the device's screen is going to probably be covered by the Pip Boy, but it's in there. Apparently they're including foam mounting bits for a handful of the most popular flagship devices, probably the iPhone 6, Galaxy S6, etc. My only worry is that they're designing it for current gen hardware and it might require some modification to use with the next iPhone, which will be replacing my iPhone 6 a solid month before the game releases.

Imagine the app might have screen sizes built in, so it knows to change how much screen to use?

We actually built a pip boy using a 3D printer and using the phone was a problem with the apps out there that simulate pip boys, as the pip boy cuts off parts of the screen

I just hope they have quick shipping. I was counting on preordering in-store at Gamestop so I could walk in and grab it on release day, but I was told they won't be taking preorders in the store. Online only.
