bump and double post for an update to maybe help others with issues. I finally was able to get in touch with bethesda support and this is what they sent back.

- Your full name

- Your full shipping address

I sent the details, hopefully this gets me a new steelbook
 
So I finally got mine... the stand is unfortunately broken upon arrival. Is there any way I can get this replaced without having to replace the entire product?
