I beat Honest Hearts and thought it was the best of the 3 DLCs I have played so far. I liked the story and the characters, although it would have been cooler if there was a longer game about this. The way it is now, nothing is fleshed out enough.
I played the other DLCs because I wanted more Obsidian Fallout, but I don't like them as much as HH. DM was cool but the whole atmosphere was ruined by the collars. I hate those with a passion. OWB was just silly. I didn't dislike it and I guess it was different enough. They were just not on the level of HH, which I would say is equal in quality to the main game. Only Lonesome Road left.
