Thanks, Neo.
Seriously. Gaming news is like some sort of addiction and I GOTTA HAVE MY SCANS, MAN. >_>
Anyway, as for the scans:
-Seeing Shyguys with mounted cannons on their heads makes me weep for the fact that there hasn't been a new Mario platformer since 1990. Why do the Mario RPGs these days have to be the only games that really capture the spirit of the series? ...The DS platformer had better turn out brilliant.
-One of the screenshots of Pokemon Mysterious Dungeon makes it look like you can only have 4 Pokemon in your party at once, since (what I'm guessing is) the DS top screen only has room for two more other than Pikachu and Squirtle.
Not bad, but if those 16 all-star Pokemon (...well, 15 all-star Pokemon and... Machop?) are your only choices, I'm a little surprised. Oh well; it's not like that isn't good enough for me. This needs to come to the US.
-As for Pokemon Ranger, it looks like the wild Pokemon actually move around the battlefield now on the bottom screen. I'm not sure what the stylus-drawn lines are supposed to represent, but if it gets us one step closer to a Pokemon Tactics spinoff, I'm all for it. (Even though Ranger's supposedly an action RPG.)
Funny thing: at first, just seeing the biggest character picture, I was like "is that character female or male?" Then I scrolled down and the cardinal rule of main characters in Pokemon kicked in: if any part of their legs is left bare, they're female.
