FFIV:
Hmm, still no sign of extra bosses from other FF games. Oh well, doesn't much matter; I'm getting it regardless of what the 50-floor bonus dungeon does or doesn't involve.
Nothing really new about the picture except that I hadn't seen the GBA face pic for Cid before, so not much to say...
Pokemon Ranger:
Looks like the capturing mechanic might be fun for this spinoff title, but I need to see more of the game... So far we've only seen pictures of catching Pokemon and standing around in the wild doing nothing.
Then again, I guess even the normal RPGs don't look like the most exciting things in the world just from still screenshots, but then turn out awesome every time. Ranger's still a must-have for me unless it ends up bombing on the scale of Dash.
Children of Mana:
Okay, every time I see this game it keeps looking better and better. Beautiful hand-drawn artwork (the backgrounds, I mean, not the character art... I don't care for that style too much), and I think by now the only thing that worries me is that it looks like there's only one character fighting at a time. Yet again, though, this is another game I'm getting no matter what unless it somehow turns out absolutely terrible.
Three must-have games... Go portable systems.
