to be fair, they're labeled "movie clip" on the site, so it's not like squenix is misrepresenting them.

there are also ones labeled "game" which are obviously real. it's hella in english, and easy to navigate, btw.

No, it appears to be an internal Square production. At least no external developer is mentioned anywhere on the site.
