I'm similarly confused, so this man doesn't have custody of his kids any more. Can the state / these kids foster parents have their names changed? I know the kids were only ever taken away because he was physcially abusive, but you'd figure whoever controls these kids afterwards would take advantage of the opportunity and give these kids names that aren't cheesy, racist, and oddly hilarious as fuck.

I mean, she's nominally the best off since you can basically just go through 99% of your life without even needing to have, much less proffer, a middle name.
