Ah, i only just noticed the new law myself post myself.

It's a good law but i'm sure singh just didn't see it (us working long hours folks usually dont - i didn't) - but hey ho, that makes more sense.

i think he felt a bit put out that he'd been banned for saying Ogawa-san poked his ass. lol.

I notice it was posted on the 8th Midnight - and was locked by 3am JPN time and probably X many pages down the posting order (it's now on page 6)

Why , given this was new banning instructions, was this not left as a sticky???

We all aren't logged on 24/7 from this end (although it seems that way)

It starting to seem a little harsh, givens Singhs reaction (WTF? i think i'm banned from gaf for saying Ogawa poked my ass) - i'm pretty certain he didn't see the warning.

I know he fucks around a bit, but he's not retarded enough to ignore a warning.

Anyways, my 2cents - it's you guys board so it's all up to you.

It was a sticky for a day or two I believe, and it was taken down off sticky soon after it was locked.

As it is, I suspect it's a temporary ban, probably a short-lived one just so that they can show that they're serious. Is it entirely fair to Mr. Singh (assuming he wasn't aware of the new rules)? No, I don't think so, but I certainly can see the reasoning behind the decision to stick to the ban for at least a small amount of time by the mods.

This game was waaaaaaay to fuckin short. I beat it in about 30-45 minutes. Only level I had to replay was the nightmare one with all 3 bosses in one stage.

yup - i agree - although given that sales data is now a sticky-able topic, surely new TOS amendments should be stickied for more than a day or so?

The first part where you are running around you just need to stand right next to the spiky tentacles that slam down and rest on the ground for a few seconds. After being close to them for a bit, lighting them on fire, they will ignite and disappear. The second part you have to time the Fire button so that the torches will only hit the plant when its mouth is open. If you hit it when it is closed you take damage.
