Day 1.

Barely scratched the surface of the PS5 because of how it looked on the system so this is welcome.

30% off a double pack of FFVII Remake, the DLC and Rebirth is ridiculously good value for how much game there is in there.

With DLSS in there, and hopefully Frame Gen, with some graphical enhancements, hopefully this will smooth out some of the issues Remake has.

Wonder if they will use Denuvo with this one. The first game got no Denuvo and thus easy to be modded.

Tifa in a micro-bikini for Costa de Sol, modding community, do not let me down!

DLSS was never supported in Remake, so I pray they won't half-ass the port in Rebirth.

But WAY sooner than I expected. This is awesome!!

Is that a problem? Does it diminish your experience on the ps5 in any way?

Wait until that DF comparison.

Course not.
Diminishes the value of the console, though. But that's Sonys problem, not mine.
I think they stopped caring about that when they initially began to put their AAA games on PC. It’s not really a “problem” for Sony if it makes them even more money; they’re firmly in the PC market now.

Everyone who bought a PS5 Pro for this game:

Haha.

Rebirth had 3-5 visual flaws (which didn't bother me as I loved the overall look) which were:

1. IQ on performance mode
2. Some low res textures
3. Some lighting flaws
4. Pop in
5. Static foliage

Going by the snippet on the trailer the first 3 will be improved in the PC release and I'd say it a safe bet the latter 2 can see improvements too.

So I'd expect this to be the definitive version to date over the Pro for sure.
