While true that in previous games she didn't appear to have fangs, I wonder how Capcom would respond to a fan telling them this about their own creation lol. What if she's different in this game for whatever reason, like, more demonic or something, and it is now her official new look moving forward (not so much her general facial features but her fangs)? Fighting game lore idk?

Some days I feel like TvC is very pretty in a quirky, made lemonade-from-the-Wii kind of way, other days I just feel like it's painfully ugly.
Character models are fine (sometimes I even feel they're exceptional) to me but the backgrounds are super hit and miss and mostly miss.

Well, she was originally planned to be a 'cute female vampire' until they decided they already had vampires covered by a male one and changed her to a succubus, dropping the 'cute' for 'sexy' as they went along. Maybe it's a left-over from that along with the bat prints on her tights and the bat wings coming out of her? :3

So has anyone here tried out Gamora's install super and then triggered Time Stone for special cancels? My mail sucks and its not arriving till tomorrow and I'm curious if her guns and swords get nuts doin this like Zero does.

Those Cap. Marvel/Thanos tag setups. His reality stone and projectile are just nasty together. Tune in if you like seeing folks play the new cast and not just doin mission mode stuff like on other streams.
EDIT: Ooooh...apparently if you tag right as someone's jump in attack is about to hit then you will tag in with the new dude runnin in BEHIND the dude jumping for a slick donkey punch scenario.

Nova though he hadn't hit he's just goin by what folks are saying. He's real damned big on Arthur and Ultron for certain. He thinks Gamora is up there but he aint sure yet. Dormammu he loves the carpet that pulls you in and the setups. Ultron and Arthur though were the Day 1 dudes he feels for certain are fucking sick. He also thinks Jedah has sick potential.
Just remember though this is just Day 1 initial impressions and hype. We'll all have our own hype boner lists. Still its damned encouraging hearing Arthur is so good he's gonna main him with Haggar.

Captain Marvel, Zero, Spider Man, Chun Li, Ghost Rider, Strider are really strong too. Captain Marvel is probably top 3 in the game (top 5 minimum IMO). I am 100% positive that her Photon Absorber is not supposed to work like that.

Since Bum said Haggar has sick stuff with Time Stone and his Team is Arthur/Haggar I'm betting Arthur is getting shit off Time Stone teleports and Specials canceling into Specials in INfinity Storm (which for him would get ridiculous).
Can't wait to see his team do some work. When Bum creates shit he creates fun stuff so I wanna see if he's using bottle tosses, crossbows, and the homing shit he tosses or something. He already showed how he can chase you with jump projectiles with Arthur as easily as Gamoras air guns. Arthur got some cancels or something.
Remember though...Day 1 lists are still Day 1 lists.

Very few characters are truly bad in this game. I think Chris and Ryu right now seem to be the consensus bottom 2. A lot of people are down on Hulk as well, Hawkeye has some mixed opinions (some people think he's pretty good, others think he's pretty bad). MMX I have seen the widest spread on lists, I have seen anywhere from top 10 to bottom 3 for him. I cannot see him being bottom 3 though.
Not seen or heard enough about Cap, probably middle to mid low like most MVC games.
All the stones seem pretty good so far as well except Mind Stone. Quite a few people have tried to make it work but they just can't seem to. The Stone just has a variety of issues that's going to prevent people from tapping into its potential. We really need a Vergil type character to really exploit it. For real? Ryu got like 4 different Tatsus now that keep forward momentum and everything. Thought he'd have some nice tag crossups off that. Course he had Light tatsus for days in 3 as well and it didn't mean shit though...probably come down to stone tech.
That's so basic in this game in terms of tech that it's practically irrelevant. Like you have Captain Marvel doing her Blitz Charge which has insane priority while having super armor from Photon Absorber then dashes after it for pressure and combo conversion.
Remember that Stones apply to every character. So even though Ryu could use a Time stone, you can also put Time stone on Zero and do better.
Probably the best thing about Ryu in the game is the DP into super into Tag. Safe reversal leading into a potential mix up situation.
