Damn, Poongko misjudged the range where he was at after landing the cross up. He was too far away to land a cl. HP. I think a simple cr. MP into legs would have won him the 2nd round and extended it to a last round.

Now that we're finally back I can say what I wanted to say for a while. SF4 top 8 was great, much much better than what we saw at EVO. Several really close matches and Infiltration actually looked human in this one as both Gamerbee and Poongko put up great fights despite losing. But man if people don't step it up, Infiltration will seriously walk away with 85k worth of cash and prizes. He and Laugh are confirmed for Season's Beatings so if guys like Ricky and Krone want to take a crack at him before the GF of the 25th Ann. Tournament series then they can at SB.
Oh and shout outs to Ono in the Chun costume and Asians for the weird stuff that they did on stage.

I just watched the 25th Anniversary. Poongko getting Kanye up in there with the camera flash and the setup complaints.
I don't know what deal Infiltration made with the devil, but he's definitely on another level (especially in SFXT).
The Grand Finals in San Francisco should be interesting.
With so little interest in SFXT, I wonder if Capcom would instead spend time developing an AE2013 instead since there is still interest in that title and a V is nowhere in sight.

I had no idea that even combo'd. Mochi is so good, the only match that I honestly thought he couldn't win was vs. Kazunoko Yun. Of course this is just the temporary ranking stuff, will be interesting to see how he does in FT10s.

Dhalsim is Daigo's kryptonite. Guess we only have one more day of online comp for Tapanga. Mago doesn't seem to be lording over players with his Fei anymore. Eita and Mago might be on the outside looking in if things stay the same.
