Why is J Wong banned?

I don't think you understand how waseda style works. The winner of each match goes on to face the winner of the other matches, assuming they're on different teams of course. For example, if socal manages to win 7 matches but lose to Fchamp in the 8th match, Fchamp would have to face the 7 winners. There are no ties in waseda style.

Oh ok that makes more sense.

Without Justin, SoCal still has a potentially really strong team...Combfiend, Fanatiq, Knives, Killer Kai, Infrit, and Clockwork are all possible top 8ers of any major tournament.


THe NorCal team really only has Padtrick, Drew Grimey, and of course FChamp.

I never considered Justin to be west coast. In my eyes, he will always be east coast. I cheered against him far too long during the days of SHGL and Soo Mighty. He may train here but his foundation is east coast.
