He's just genuinely excited. Dude loves to play and he wanted to make it work with a more complex charcter in SFV. It's fun to see a guy express some genuine harmless excitement.

If you're trying to time someone out, why are you doing quick rise after getting thrown. I think he could have won by taking 3 throws and just staying on the ground.
Kind of funny that he did it vs Justin too. Yesterday when Justin was on commentary he was talking about how you'll just get blown up in the corner if you quick rise.
