No, this is the original 2022 one, they have submitted a new restructured deal to CMA as was expected.

The expected was that the remedys presented after the CAT adjourned were accepted.. they weren't and CMA officially blocked the original deal ...so they had to start all over again and change the whole deal ... this is far from what was "expected" .. but nice try
