Depends on the ETF for direct impact. But yes, some ETFs without direct relation to China or Evergrande may impacted as investors get even more jumpy than they already are due to the inflation numbers that came out yesterday.

In short, company's that didn't prepare can go bankrupt with it. New company's will replace them the next day. Anybody in any tech or any demanding area that would take multiple years to get going is already having a backup plan for a while now or is already building factory's elsewhere years ago.

China is unstable everybody knows it.
