Is there a way to find someone's cell phone number on the web? A friend of mine asked me and i know you can pay "people" to find this and more out, but i was wondering if there was a public, less underground way to achieve this.

sounds totally full of it. But then you don't wanna go spending money anyway. I'd be amazed if I was wrong, and something like this exists.

I personally don't know of any way to do this kind of thing. I'll be interested to see if anyone else does
