Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog A.K.A. AOSTH A.K.A. the badly animated Sonic series is back on ITV2 at 8:30 weekdays. Not that I think anyone will be rushing to watch it.
If it's the syndicated one, it was the one I preferred watching. Made me laugh quite a bit back in the day. The ABC version on the other hand put me to sleep.
Of course no game-based TV show alive even touches Earthworm Jim...might've been the funniest cartoon I've ever seen. It needs a DVD release...hell, wouldn't mind a new game to go with it.
To this day, I'm still trying to figure out what the fuck was with Sonic Underground. Every other episode had that girl hedgehog crying for some reason, right before they played music.
I remember watching Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog as a kid. Never really cared for any of the later shows. Damn, Sonic X is garbage though. I can't stand that at all.
Earthworm Jim was something else though. On a level of its own. Doug Tennapel really knew what the hell he was doing with the earlier games and the cartoon series.
Sonic X is good when they focus on Knuckles but stupid voices for Tails and bloody Cream and Cheese (just by their inclusion in the series) ruin it. I was starting to think the series as a whole was going too kiddy, now Shadow has a gun I'm not sure whether to be happy or not.
