A poor person doesn't even consider the option of traveling to every country in the world. Don't get me wrong, I think her attempt to promote peace and all that is great but let's view it through the proper lens.
and that isn't even really counting travel time, although I suppose you could do multiple small countries in a single day. The article said 255 flights, assuming you need at least 3 hours per flight that's 13 days right there. Realistically speaking its much higher than that.

Was going to say the above. A WarZone isn't a constant small-arms engagement. It isn't always death destruction and chaos at every turn. It's just a potential area for these things to exist. The whole country isn't on fire with death everywhere.
Also I'm sure she drove in. Just like people have done in Afghanistan. Or she knew someone who is part of the war industry to get her in on a business deal. Who knows.
