Flair apparently threw a punch at Foley earlier before the show began, in Huntsville, AL. Foley refused to shake Flair's hand, and then made some sort of remark regarding an autographed book, prompting Flair to swing. He connected with a punch, but it was quickly broken up, and the show went on as planned.
