What do you guys think of Flat Out. I just tried the demo out. Its preaty fun... Its like mixture of Destruction Derby and Burn Out 3 type of crashes?

I think its shocking, the mini-games are fun for a couple of minutes but the rest is just a really really poor knock of burnout 3.

Good graphics, good sound, good damage model, good physics, weak ass circuit tracks kill it. They should have made a Rally Trophey 2.

Empire Interactive actually. It's a fun little game that is ruined online by drop outs during and after races. Probably best as a budget title, but it's a little disappointing because it shows so much promise.

Bugbear are talented. Rally Trophy was really impressive for the time it was released. They're apparently "demo scene" coders originally that got together to try to make money by making games instead of just doing spare time graphics.

Even though Flat Out sounds like it isn't all that, I would expect they'll hit on something big eventually provided they get the time (and money) to continue making games. Rally Trophy was one of those games that made me sit up and take notice.
