Anyone else see this? I was actually pleasently surprised by it. Giovanni Ribisi actually puts in a performance that is different from the others he does and creates a really great character.
John Moore's shots are great as is the tight editing and structure. He handles most scenes pretty originally even though the subject matter has been done many times before. Best of all the film is kept as serious as they can get away with. It never degenerates into a joke fest and the danger to the characters are well established and inflicted.
The only thing that hurt it was the there were a probably two too many crisis, almost every nationality is represented, they were only missing a guy in a wheelchair to get the disabled market into the theater.
