$75 million on "frivolous purchases". If I stuck my hand down the back of his sofa, I could probably double my money.
If the sofa hasn't been repossessed yet

In other news, Floyd Mayweather to headline Wrestlemania 31...

Edit: nvm...

Wow that would explain why my cousin dumped him for Ray Jay. Well that and him accusing her of theft.

Although its hard to believe he would be bankrupt so....

Guy promotes left and right and still works with Golden Boy (make up your mind). His purse history and promotional revenues are probably insane as well.
I'd question this.

Why would you say this?
Well that came out rough I apologize about that, not hoping in that I hope he goes broke just to see him go broke but just that he makes better decisions on how he spends his money. From what I've seen when the media portrays him, they just show him as a person that just spends spends spends. Does he do anything on the sides with it?

Wait, are you wishing that Floyd Mayweather was broke? Why?

No, really. It's at the point where it's basically impossible for him to go bankrupt at the rate he's going. He has fingers in too many pies/businesses.
Do you realize how many seemingly secure individuals not to mention multibillion dollar companies have gone under? Don't be naive.

He can do that because the revenue he makes is such that he can't actually spend it fast enough to show as a loss.

Also that's literally his goddamn boxing gimmick and is a large part of the reason he commands such attention. It's for show. Everything about him is.

You have to understand that he's really not spending that much money either, compared to how much he makes. It's a smoke and mirrors thing. Those secure individuals/multibillion dollar companies had to spend a lot of money to make money. He does not.

It'll be sad if true, but I wouldn't be surprised. As much as I like him, he seems to just make crazy decisions with his money because he makes so much per year. Its like a never ending flow of income. Problem is, it will stop one day and he'll still have the same entourage of people around him with their hands out.

Its just sad to see these boxers on top of the world making so much money, only to die sick and poor.

From what I remember of some documentary or HBO special, he doesn't actually buy anything for his entourage -- he keeps everything in his name

Can't decide whether I like PBF or Money better....

Either way, it'll be hard for him to go broke. His gambling slips(only the wins) are so huge cause for the most part he's betting the favorites...... Dude was getting paid for like a week straight in Miami just hanging around doing appearances a month ago....

I don't like Mayweather as a boxer, but he's been pretty cold-blooded and smart with his business decisions. I don't think he'll be broke any time soon.

De la Hoya hasn't boxed in a good minute, look at Golden Boy. A guy like Floyd moves in much the same way someone like Del la Hoya did back in the day. His retirement is coming eventually, but I can forsee him sticking around on the promoter end for a good time to come. That being said, there are a ton of boxers out there who have only tragedy follow their retirement for sure. That's no question.

Dude is famously frugal and careful with his money... I would be surprised if he lost it all. He's trying to build an empire for himself.

I would deff prefer to see Mayweather Promotions do big things. Only question about that I have is why not spin off now with the #1 PFP fighter in the world? Why still fight through Goldenboy now if you eventually wanna have your own? I don't wanna see him end out in a bad spot, but I do remember reading about him being broke after his first retirement after fighting De la Hoya.

This is ironic given that he literally worships money. All I've ever seen Mayweather talk about is money.

Never even heard of that site, why would you even think such a place would be the only source? Don't fall for silly things like that.

Whenever that blue moon shines and Floyd miraculously does go broke (which will never happen of course), it would be everywhere.
