Football Thread 2017/18 |OT2| Fractured but Ox

Palace under De Boer reminds me of when Rodgers took over Liverpool and we didn't have the players to play his tiki-taka bollocks. When Suarez/Benteke didn't score, there was like nothing else there.

Chelsea v Arsenal should be good. Everton have been lifeless these last couple games, United should walk over them.

Well it's not like United has shown a lot of life either. They could have easily tied at Swansea (those 3 quick goals near the end really don't tell the story) and Leicester had a lot of opportunities on the counter to win or tie that game at Old Trafford.

They will next week.

Why does he wear the mask!?
Crystal Palace are the first top-flight team since Preston in 1924/25 to lose their opening four matches without scoring a goal.

Honestly, I think Palace and Bournemouth are worse than us right now.

At least we're still a goal threat... kinda

Sean Dyche confirms that goalkeeper Tom Heaton has a suspected dislocated shoulder.

No Heaton vs Liverpool next weekend then. Great! Can't wait for some unknown goalie to have a worldie at Anfield yet again!

Former Premier League footballer Leon McKenzie has retired from professional boxing after 11 fights.

The 39-year-old fought for a British Southern Area title on Saturday but was stopped in the ninth round.

The ex-Norwich and Crystal Palace forward lost a challenge for the British super-middleweight title in November and retires with eight wins.
