This week a Texas Representative (Fred Hill to be exact) will be coming to my class for discussion and questions. I just wanted to know if any of ya are interested in this kind of thing, and could offer some questions that I may direct to this man. I'm not highly intellectual in politics, so I could use everyone's opinions/questions that could be interesting. Thanks!

Ask him about local issues and try to see if he's completely clueless about them. Somebody in my senior class in high school did that a few years ago and completely stumped a guy, who then went on to spout some bullshit rhetoric.

ask him how he feels concerning yesterdays ruling that states texas must clean up their education "act" or starting october 1 of next year, no government funds will be given to the education department.

Ask him why Texas was going to make bestiality not a crime but still outlaw sodomy. They HATE it when you do that!

The professor also mentioned not to be rude :D (Not that I'm pointing to anyone..kinda)
If you can't ask him challenging questions, then there is no point in asking him any questions at all.

Ask him if he thinks that the redistricting plan put in place by Tom DeLay was fair, and whether or not parties should be in charge of redistricting, or leave it to a non-partisan commission.

And ask what will happen if you mess with Texas.

Litterers should not only be sent to jail, but use their gas money to go back to the place they littered and pick it back up (if its still there..agh I hate litterers)

Thanks for the questions, I appreciate it :D
