This is a simple request, i'm just completely crap with any program that would do it and can't get it look half descent, would someone mind giving this a quick avatar treatment?

Just a good crop around the head with a bit of the background left in, thought it would look strong (and my alias is a reference to the character, finally time to represent him).

Can anyone make a suggestion on what color I should change the lettering of my avatar to so it's actually readable at it's current size? I'm trying to find a way to make the lettering stand out and readable and text coloring sounds like the best/easiest solution. Not looking to make any other changes.

I can include an imgur link if you want to see a larger version of the image and/or if anyone wants to do the coloring for me.
