What do you guys use when it comes to software? Are you all Photoshop pros?
I used to be able to get nice avatars out of GIMP but I've been using Paint.net recently and I just can't get anything that looks presentable. I might have to go back to GIMP..
With that said, can I get these two transparenterised?

The dude I want is on the middle left with blue hair and headphones, not the one in the front. So please could you make that into a avatar and make it clear.

Should do the trick. The whiskers were tedious to cut out and I couldn't get it to look very well. Hope that is ok.
