Could someone with photoshop / paintshop pro help me out with a transparent BG for this? Am stuck for with a machine for a while that I dont have all of my usual software on or else Id do it myself.

I just want to ditch the "signature" in the upper right hand corner, and see a few different scales to it. One trying to fit the entire image and then closer from there.

Face was cropped on the side a little so I artificially extended it, but I think it looks alright.

Every time I resize images from my Mac to use on GAF, they either become too pixelated or too blurry.
It's really hard to work with 100x120, but if someone can help me out, I would really appreciate it.
Already removed (attempted to) the background but if you think it's bad then feel free to do it for me.

Again, thanks in advance! I hope it's doable to resize while keeping the quality.
