I have downloaded a lot of videos lately. I want to overlay the uncensored, album versions of songs over the videos, as well as fix some song glitches a few have. Are there any simple, easy to use, non resource intensive programs that can do this?

you *might* be able to do it with Windows Movie Maker 2.
