I haven´t read to much of Nintendo Power since it never came out here in Chile, but I remember buying used ones of the snes-64 era and they were awesome!! Mario 64 <3

I'm in the U.S. so not eligible for the prize, but I just wanted to say my favorite Nintendo Power will always be my first: The Mario Party 1 blow-out issue. I don't remember the date exactly since I don't have it with me at present, but it also had a Castlevania 64 walkthrough, I think a Shadowgate GBC walkthrough, and more. It's not a special issue for any reason other than being my first gaming mag ever purchased (and from there on to EGM).

I can't say what's my favorite article from Nintendo Power because I never had one. And the worst thing is, it never was sold in here so it was impossible to get one (well not impossible, just hard). Back in the day there were PTgamers and another one called Mega Score. They were the major ones. When this news appeared at least our local Eurogamer site wrote this news as a sign of respect for what the issue was and meant back in the day. It's always sad when we can't have nice things!

Anyway, thanks for doing this, I just wanted to share it, nothing else.

I wish I had more to give out, but my local stores sold out so quickly that the last place that had any was down to 6 copies. I felt bad enough snagging 2 of those 6. I hope you and the rest of non-NAmerica GAF can manage to get one some day.

It's perfectly fine fellow GAFfer, I was just sharing a story! I'm glad someone got it but I'm even more glad for your kindness.

It was really awesome of you and I'm sure lolez2matt will enjoy it. Thanks for doing this and for giving a chance for some people who can't have access to nice things. :)
 
Alright so I'll be giving some games away over the next eleven days from my own collection. Over this past year I've ended up with several duplicate copies or just some extra fluff that I don't need to hold on to :D

Don't expect anything too big haha, most of the games are in varying condition and usually have some cuts or scrapes on them. Having worked retail I've bought some games from various loyalty site programs and they typically slash the UPC on the back. I'm sorry they aren't in better condition but they're free so YAY!

They won't go to the first person who quotes but rather I'll come back and post the next day with another game, and then pick someone from the list of folks who actually want the game, so do whatever you'd like to get my attention and show me you deserve this rather than a lump of coal. I may change it up and do raffles, or art contests if people are interested in any of these. I'm trying to save enough money to actually afford some Christmas gifts this year so I won't be able to ship all these out immediately and it will probably be a week or so until I can send an item out. US only please, unless otherwise specified on the item :D

For now let's keep things nice, simple, and classic:

EDIT: I just remembered there's a very small nick in the disc. I've had it buffed out for the most part. It plays and reads everything to completion but IIRC there's a song that my dreamcast was having drouble reading. This may depend on your DC's laser and ability to read discs. Other than that small part the disc is beautiful.

I didn't want to make a claim for Vectorman because it wouldn't be for me, it'd be for my girlfriend. She just took her Genesis out of storage and hooked it up for her cousins who are living with her, and they can only play so much Sonic and Aladdin, right? right?

But if nobody in the thread wants it, sign them up! lol
