I just recalled the freeipods.com thread from awhile back and figured there may be a similar interest in this one. I'd like a Mini Mac, I'm broke, and there's many on GAF like me.

I'm not sure how it qualifies as a 'scheme' when it has been proven time and again that the whole free iPod thing actually worked/works, it's just something of a pain in the ass to get there. This deal is from the same people.

It fails to meet the 'losing money' qualifier. Yeah, the whole thing is decidedly 'pyramid-like' in design, and I can kind of get where you're coming from, but it's been proven that these people actually come through. I'm just throwing the link out there...
