oh wow, seems like they're doing a 3 games for $40 deal in los angeles. the ad only shows the gamecube players' choice games, but it says that there are "over 45 gamecube, xbox, and playstation 2 titles to choose from." might or might not be the same list, but i'm going to go down and check it out.

There is another LA Times Frys ad that shows more than just the NGC games. They're the exact same games as Nor Cal, but we get them at 3 for $40 instead of $30. :/

just went and picked up bubble bobble, ninja assault, and frankly...er...animal crossing. i figure i'll keep the memory card and trade it in.

i was going to grab dino stalker as my third game, but they had it running in the store, and i figured i'd try it first. and it's a good thing i did. i'm a sucker for lightgun games -- including mediocre ones like ninja assault -- but dino stalker fell below even my threshhold. what a turd.
