I thought this was going to be about that terrible G-Man strip where they think contorting the character's facial expressions in stupid ways is humor, but these were actually quite good. :)

I complain about Halo 2 and how much it sucks everyday! Man does it suck, modding, cheating, auto aim, quitters, standby, matchmaking....... :)
 
Ha, those are awesome. I wish more mods were available to do stuff like this with other games. You don't really have to be an artist, you can just have a good sense of humor and some patience.
 
Hilarious, I nearly choked on my miniwheats.

I am also quite happy a comic was posted without any cries of it's unfunnyness.

It all depends on post #2...If the second poster in the thread laughs then it's cool. If not then the GAF Hive Mind kicks in and we get:

"Sorry, but your funny is in another castle!"
"404. Funny not found."
"OMGZ TEH COMIX SUX0RZ!"

All followed by a flood of Perry Bible Felowship and White Ninja.

I'm honestly kind of disappointed. I came into this thread to say "NOW POST THE FUNNY ONE" but they were actually funny.

I guess there's always the VGCats thread.
 
This led me to reading about GMod 8.4/9

The LUA scripting sounds fucking amazing. I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw entire singleplayer mods based on GMod, from the sound of it.

It's like a movie set running on the HL2 engine - you can move actors, lights, scenography, stop & pause the action etc. All with your mouse and keyboard.
 
Yeah, that's what makes me like to death too. First time I read it.. I mean, you get Surpriced by the out-of-character look, and it just fits so well. I was gasping for air, literally laughing for minutes. :)
 
I really laughed at it too. Aside from the great expression. It's a GREAT take on the oh so mysterious vibe the character gives off in the game.
 
sorry but my system requirements aren't up to date to comprehend these comics as funny, so I can't put them at max settings for max laughter.


nah i'm kidding they're the best online comics ever.
