Made a bat fursuit and wore it to FWA and got to meet up with a few other bats. Had a great time (3rd FWA). I was more like Wreck-it Ralph though as I had to learn control over the wings and accidentally broke a Save Point sign and knocked down a cardboard display, lol.
Also attempted the Fursuit Games and took a nasty fall on the scooter. Didn't know there was a GAF meetup, shoot.

Man, I completely spaced that Califur was this weekend until someone asked me if I was going.
I mean a quick ebay search shows one for 20 dollars, or did you mean the actual single issues and not the hardcover? Furry stuff is hard to gauge value on because while it can be limited, furries are cheap and most of the time memoribilia is hard to resell.
I did look into some other stuff awhile ago. Nordguard is super rare because of Blotch no longer working together (I wouldn't expect that series to end), but some older stuff by them is still readily available. So its a crapshoot.
Sigh. Now I'm just reminded how Mckinely will never finish Coyote River.

May I know what in my work appeals to you specially in contrast with other artists? I feel that knowing which aspects of my style are most appealing to people could help me decide on which direction I should take my work.
I forgot to mention this in my previous post, but over the past year or so I've been working on a furry comic called Musteladies, a slice of life comedy/drama thing centered on a group of young mustelid women forging their path through adult life. Progress has been slow because, well, I *am* slow, but I intend to keep this running for as long as I can hold a pen. You can find the first page here.

Well, I'm not really good at critiquing artwork so don't take anything I say too seriously. But I guess it's your style. The amount of detail you put into it as well, like the fur sticking out the hole in JayJay's stocking or Kim's tail. Your art just has a really unique style and I love it. That's really all I can say and for you just keep doing what you're doing.

I feel nervous whenever non-furries like or retweet my post, especially if it's because I made a comment on say, an official twitter's tweet. Ahhhh!
Anyone know of any good furry literature? I've had a craving lately and already shot through all of Kyell Gold's stuff the past two weeks, as well as dip into a couple other authors. The problem is that there is quite a bit of stuff published, but its hard to weed through the amateur and the erotica. I was looking at Kevin Frane's stuff next but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.
It isn't necessary but ones with lgbt characters are more interesting to me.
Edit: Already read The Time He Desires. I loved it, especially Kamui's illustrations. Basically anything Kyell Gold I've read.

So I've said before that I wasn't quite sure whether I qualified as a furry despite liking anthros. A year later, and I'm still on the fence about it. It's kinda screwing with my head, tbh.
That said, I have decided to subscribe to the thread. I really dig the furry art that gets posted in here. Plus, I find this subculture fascinating.
