Futureshop 360 allocations?

Yeah I saw that....Sadly it can't be of much help to me since every store was taking in-store preorders, and this number includes those. Unlike the US Best Buys...these numbers aren't a true indication of how many will be available for people lining up that morning.
 
I think it's fake...
It only says '360', nothing about Xbox...which an official document WOULD have.

Also, that 360 looks suspiciously photoshopped.
 
ED South is home to the most profitable big box stores in Canada. Whether you are talking about FS/BB, Walmart, Visions, A&B Sound....the list goes on and on. If you want an X360 you won't have trouble in that neighborhood, especially on launch day.

If that is the case then whoever did it would have to have insider info as to the sales revenue for all of their locations. NOT LIKELY.

WTF. Ok, either this is a) a fake, b) a result of the worldwide launch really, really screwing up NA allotments or c) a blatant attempt to limit supply to generate hype.

I got my PS2 at the Brampton (Trinity Commons) FS back in 2000 on launch day. I remember they had around 120 units, as they handed out tags to those who would get one. This shows a mere 50 for the 360. Are they fucking serious?! That is the only FS in all of Brampton, and it gets shitbat busy. MS better hope these totals are wrong, or people aren't even going to bother.

I mean, the PS2 was crazy sold out, and it looks like they'll have been at least twice as many per store than the 360 if this ratio is similar for the other stores.

look at the totals for toronto stores, not just GTA stores but toronto stores!

God damn these numbers are really screwy
 
I heard it goes by sales ranking.....and for some reason we're low. I guess I can buy that, given that the suburban locations always seem to be busier than the downtown one. Either way, I'm not putting my trust in futureshop, because of their in-store preorders....If I'm waiting in line for one, I want it to be at a place where I know I'll have a good shot at getting it, like a walmart.
 
My local EB is getting 2 I repeat 2 X360s' for oh... about 6 pages worth of preorders lol my local FS is recieving 20 for 120 Preorders, this is making want to keep the x360 and just drive around the lineups outside stores :D
 
Hmmm, I don't even see a listing for Scarborough (Scarborough West is a different one). GTA numbers seem mighty low though.
