I feel like not many old school third person MP games that aren't these extraction types or battle royal. I loved the uncharted MP - team death match with some type of kill streak incentive would be ideal. Been out of the MP game besides COD - what's the latest out there that might be good to try? I'm on PC, XBOX, PS5 - have them all.

The Division came to my mind but I am not sure if it's what you are looking for.

Gears of War franchise could be a good option as well

If you're looking for pure PVP, then Marvel Rivals, Gears. Maybe Space Marine 2?

Not so much uncharted but Space Marine 2 is pretty old school feeling (in a good way)

But what you are talking of i like to call the tacked on MP era (and I say that as a complement). I miss that era of MP or co-op experiences too.

The Division is a good pick, even though there are some extraction elements there too.

Personally I think The Division, both 1 and 2, as a Third Person Shooter is bloody fantastic. That cover system is amazing to this day.

Thanks. Will check out Division. Never played. Gears I love but played the hell out of it when it came out originally. Good reminder though.

Would love that unreal championship 2 xbox MP with the amazing announcer and 1st person or 3rd person combat that included melee. They should remake that game.
