GAF, are you fat?

I got a fat dick yeah

Matt, I think a horse who's hung like a horse might've hijacked your account.

No. I essentially eat a full meal in the evening and only a small sandwich or sth like that for lunch. Skipping breakfast entirely so it keeps my weight in check. I usually go to the gym 3 times a week for 1,5 to 2 hours so i got that covered as well.

This corona bullshit cost me a whole bunch of muscle mass already though...i hate working out at home

Statistically America is very fat place. Based on the assumption that America is obese and this is an American based forum. Then a lot of said members are indeed fat.

No, I've never been overweight. But I eat healthy and have always been fit. But even when I didn't eat very well, I have the type of metabolism that just burns it all up. Even now at 50, my body is an efficient calorie burning machine.

:P

Not really. A bit of beer gut and love handles as I've gotten older, but still only around 165lbs at 5'9". Working on getting back to 150-155 though.

Was about 230 at one point, and I've got the stretch Mark's to prove it. When I got sober the weight just fell right off, didn't change my eating or (lack of) exercise. I dropped down to 165-70, and have been there ever since, over 8 years.
I I bartend, so that keeps me fairly active for six hours a day. Most of my friends that have desk jobs are all 20+ pounds overweight.

Nope. I was from fat from 9-16years of age. Found weights, and for the most part except kept in good shape. I do find it harder now as I get up in age.

Yeop.

I dont even game very much and I do a shitload of walking and manual handling etc for work,; its more drinking softdrink and shit eating habits.

Its not even like a chubby kind of fat, its just a big gut.

YES.

I used to not be, then I became, then I got out of it with a bang, then I slowly became again.

I've been working on it recently. Major diet changes (low carb, IF), activity changes, unfortunately haven't convinced myself to go back to lifting. My shoulder pain trauma is probably playing a role on that, and general laziness of laying out and following a plan.
