Come on bro. I mean she's like a 2/100.

maannnn i aint been to india yet but based on the 2 shots here i'm seein a desi with a little ass & some titties. recognizing my tag-teaming with recon to shit on bottom-of-the-barrel midwest white chicks some of ya'll clearly feen for, i respect that someone who has more exposure to that scene (esh?) might feel the same way, but please believe most indian chicks we get out here are, to quote one in particular, "sent to study engineering because our parents didn't think we were pretty enough to have a man take care of us back home"

i aint trynna address how fucked up that might be sociologically so much as i am generally willing to offer some d esteem to the ones that have a body and a face that looks nice in the dark

So it's finals week, and naturally I'm watching movies instead of studying.

Just got done watching the Apocalypse Now Redux :jb:. Is this the definitive American war movie brehs? The shots, the noir voiveover narration, that fucking The Doors song, everything about this film is iconic.

enzoes i can't add you from miiverse, i'm at 2062-9756-7502 or IrishNinja, holla back

yeah it's a mutual understanding too - when i'm at a dallas club and this no-ass havin b-cup titty chick is the best the joint has to offer, we both know we're in the wrong spot
Oh shit, I need to add you guys when I get my 3DS back from my brother.

Lmao. I need to find me another woman. Getting bored of my friend with benefits. Kind of quickly honestly; not feeling it this time.
Anybody got the gambino hardcopy yet?
Naw, probably going to pick it up tomorrow or some time this week. Just got a couple gifts for some friends. Bought one of them Replica by Oneohtrix (vinyl), pretty jealous.

As of December 10th there is no way I can agree that this year has been underwhelming for Hip Hop, (I've read and heard this statement a lot in the last 5 months).

The major, major releases this year from major artists have kind of been underwhelming, but other than that alone, no sir.

i guess i wasn't paying attention before to the date, but yeah if Abstract & the Dragon is due in a few days, i'm not voting on AOTY till i get some time with that

which is fine since i don't think anyone's stepped up to the plate to run that thread yet anyway

Agreed. I feel for that reason it's been actually a more exciting year for hip-hop than like a year that consists of waiting for a handful of huge-name artists to drop their albums where I enjoy a few singles, and find a few tracks that I can do without.

meh i dont think the indies were that great this year either

compared to 2012 or 2011 anyway
I disagree and I kind of agree. Only agree because most indie artists that I liked albums/mixtapes from within those years dropped underwhelming projects or didn't do shit this year. But there's plenty of others that now have my attention

Esch I googled my name and found you mentioning me on another website. I'm touched! <3

Didn't want you to disappear in the darkness forever. Who else would tell us that we don't discuss music enough? I saw some of what happened in the electronic thread, but I figured I'd ask a mod myself about it, since the rules on mixes technically affect us too (although I guess not).

Fair enough. I just thought it was aight tho.

Yeah was mediocre to me but I'm not huge on the indie scene. Time to check out some hrd threads.

Girls aren't a pair of jeans. If you're just trying to hit at least pick someone you value for more than just her tits and ass. It'll go better for you in the long run.

It's amazing. You should watch Heart of Darkness, which is a documentary detailing how insane the filming process was.

Ford Copolla was unstoppable for awhile, film wise.

Heart of Darkness plus one, you get to see Sheen drunk off his ass, bloodied hand from shattering a mirror with his fist, being directed off-screen by Coppola.
I love Coppola, but his films not named The Godfather were flops.

Thin Red Line is GOAT tho.

Apocalypse Now is one of my faves, especially since Heart of Darkness is one of my favorite books.

It's not quite seeing Full Metal Jacket tho. That movie disturbed the shit out of me.

One of my Favorite films.

For those of you that like foreign cinema, watch Aguirre, The Wrath of God (If you haven't already) and you can see the huge influence it has on Apocalypse Now.

Probably. This was our agreement though, but it's been just an okay experiment thus far. I don't see too much of a problem with it though.

I've never seen Thin Red Line or Paths of Glory as far as war films. Need to.

Thin Red Line is amazing, but it's not your typical War Film. Just don't go in expecting Saving Private Ryan (you'll get some violence for sure, but the film is more philosophical in nature than action packed), I feel like that's the mistake alotta people make when going to see this and end up more disappointed and unable to appreciate how good it is.

Also there are sooo many "name actors" in that film it's ridiculous.

Yeah. Luckily I understand what a Malick film entails, otherwise I've heard a few people complain about it being boring.

Tree of Life was brilliant.

Did you guys like FlyLo's last album? I thought it was okay, but definitely disappointing when compared to Cosmogramma. Still hyped for his music of course.
