I just joined the group but it says its a closed groip
Actually quote me in the thread next time at least
In terms of major releases sure, 2014 has been weak. But a lot of great shit has come out, just not from the big artists.
The year started great with Step Brothers and Cilvia. Gibbs crushed the building with Piñata and nothing has matched it since. Still, I think big shit is coming. Run The Jewels 2, Kanye, Nas, possibly Hov, hopefully Kendrick, etc.
Any sign of that Redman mixtape?
We're never getting muddy waters 2 are we

Shit is so bad that people refer to it as an MF DOOlM project, when it's actually just a Nehru album with a few DOOM features. Nehru is so boring and has such a high lack of mic presence that DOOM is all that seems to matter in reference. That new MF Doom is mehhhhhhhhh.

And Siddx is back too, huh? We're one drunk Irish away from having the worst House of Pain tribute band in existence up in here
That's what's up. Hoping to catch a Ramstein PCS w/ my next assignment.

My uncle used to live in Stuttgart and I actually went over there for the whole month of October two years ago and had a blast while I was there
Shit, I need to actually go back to Germany in the future
Gaf hop fuckery just can't stop
Anyway this pic gave me life. Can't wait for Kanye x French Montana - Watch the Recycle Bin to drop.
Aye is that Ridleypoop aside, yall should check out this Azizi Gibson tape. It's like a crazy fusion of Drake, A$AP, Flatbush Zombies and some other shit. He's kinda nerdy, hits that 'be yourself' lane, but really sells it well without being overbearing. Sometimes it hits this wavy/croony spot and then is on some bone thugs the next minute. There are stories, swag songs etc. The production especially is super super fie, there are slight but really well thought out beat changes and transitions in a lot of these songs. It's just an EP but it's dense with a lot of good material
I think HRD, toku, MuddyDonut, would really fuck with this..
EDIT: i guess HRD already posted it

Joking about Ebola is the newest way to get yourself in trouble at the airport, but bringing a gun through security is the classic way ... as Waka Flocka Flame learned on Friday morning.
Flame was busted at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport when a security scan turned up a loaded handgun in his bag.
Waka didn't have a permit, so he was arrested and charged with Carrying a Weapon in a Prohibited Place. He was taken to Clayton County jail.

I was surprised that the album debuted #2 on iTunes in the US for a few hours, and was #1 in the UK for longer. Pretty good sales.
Still it's a lazy project IMO. I have nothing against short albums but this feels like a mixtape at best. I've been in Nehru's corner for awhile but nah, can't cosign this. He sounds hesitant and uncomfortable on the mic, you can tell he's reading lyrics instead of rapping...eh.
