Lupus? It's lupus isn't it? Please god tell me if it's lupus!11

I recently had to take a physical for work-related matters and apart from finding out I may have a minor case of scoliosis, I was said to be in good health. Still, it looks like some of the levels from my blood/wee-wee test are a little high. Yes, I could fax this crap to my doctor and wait forever for a response, or I could just see what sarcastic response I get here in addition to possibly one or two legitimate ones. Hopefully I didn't just inform the GAF populous that I have some sort of horrible STD. Thanks.

How old are you? I'm assuming you're relatively young?

From what I see, none of what you've posted is out of the normal range in the realm of numerical significance. Unless you're experiencing specific symptoms, there's nothing sensitive enough there that draws attention to any health issues.

Oh, and congratulations, by the way. Have you and the father decided on a name yet? :)

Hah. Yes, his name will be...Player 3. As for the rest of what you said, I'm 23. I'm not incredibly active, but I walk my fair share and don't eat in excess, although what I do eat probably isn't the greatest stuff at times. I can't say I've experienced anything odd lately healthwise, although I sort of did a double-take when the doctor showed me an X-ray of my spine and it was a little less than straight. I've never really had back problems, although naturally the next day I woke up and it was a little cramped.

Tom Cruise disease? If it means i shagging Katie Holmes and jumping on Oprah's couch, count me in.

I think my test results would take a disturbing turn for worst if I were with the present T-Virus infected Holmes.

sounds you have functional scoliosis, which isn't really a huge deal since, at this point, I'm sure you've done all your growing already. As far as your CBC and chem profile, the only thing that you might even justify a retest for is, say, the albumin and phosphorous (but, even then ,your total protein is normal, so eh). But I doubt most docs would even pursue it, truth be told, as you aren't complaining of any symptoms as far as I can tell. You may want to go ahead and ask your doc anyway, since he'd probably be aware of any family history that may or may not be relevant to the flags. (for example, elevated cholesterol in a person who has a family history of cousins having heart attacks in their teens and twenties, is significant). :)

Gave it to my GF:

mordant 1: wait
mordant 1: shit
mordant 1: mad white blood cells
mordant 1: this person got an infection of some sort?

Edit: on second look:

mordant 1: no i think his wbc count is pretty normal

in my younger days i wondered why we couldn't just build a weapon to shoot AIDS at people, or at the very least just throw a spoonful of AIDS on a random enemy and wait, oh, 5 years.

4.4? your GF was looking at the wrong number, methinks.
