I'm looking for something that is easy to use, Mac user dum-lol00fles, that I can back-up my address book, calendar, and bookmarks and the like to my iPod. What do you suggest?

I came across something called iPodbackup; but reading reviews sounds like it falls squarely in the "Math is Hard" category. Help - I'm turning into Ellen Fise _ beep beep beep beep.
