I'd go with the 4-5 star system as well. Folks automatically associate a 10 or 100 point scale with the grade systems used in schools, which means that anything scoring below a 6/10 or 60/100 "fails"... thus limiting you to a five point scale anyway (6, 7, 8, 9, 10). People have no problem with seeing a 4 as great, 3 as good, 2 as average, 1 as poor, and 0 and miserable.
