Hey Gaf,

I was wondering, every year at GamesCom I see dudes with these tickets and they get to
skip the queues. How do they get these? Are they exclusive to Trade Visitors?
Are they bought separately?

As a trade visitor since the first GamesCom, I never had such a ticket. And I am sure that these are not offered in the trade visitor ticket shop.

Those tickets are probably handed over to some important people in the industry, maybe to the press too.
The attending publishers and developers have some special AAA tickets for those people too.

So I suppose that you start becoming important in the industry if you want to skip the lines. ^^

Oh man :(, two years ago I got lucky and this beautiful asian lady sold me hers, in the waiting line for Metal Gear Rising, for 5€ because she had to leave for some reason.
It was like a little bundle with all different "fastlane tickets" organised by publisher but only usable once.

You mean the queues in front of the games in the big show rooms? I believe publishers get those and then hand out to press when they see fit.
