I wish they would make a two-disc set with just Super Punch Out. The other disk could be a "Making of: Super Punch Out" along with the 5 or 6 MIDI tunes in the game's soundtrack.

Yeah but I seem to recall this type of tactic used previously by them and/or EBGames.com multiple times. This isn't news to me, I guess.

Can Gamestop get away with this? It's obvious its deliberate misrepresentation. Everyone gets Super Punch Out on Gamecube no matter who or where or when they buy it. It's fricken built into the game and has nothing at all to do with Gamestop and nothing to do with preordering!
