Watched Legally Blonde with the boyfriend last night, shit was hilarious. Then I introduced him to The Art of Getting By which he enjoyed thankfully. He wasn't up for watching some Denzel Washington flicks though. :f

Also, don't leave Bridesmaids on in the background while having 'fun', it's a bad idea.

I think it's quite common from what I've seen/heard.

It's in the same category as when someone fancies you but you don't fancy them, and then they start seeing someone and you think "Oy! I have no desire for you but don't stop fancying me!". That's weird and I think nearly everyone has felt it at somepoint.

Cucumber pic: Would be far more impressive if he was putting more than just the end in.
 
Guys, is there some kind of an unspoken rule about gay guys and head nod? I often walk around in the city minding my own business but from time to time, I feel like someone stares at me. On several occasions, I managed to catch some guys smiling at me before doing a head nod. What does that mean? I'm kind of perplexed because I'm pretty sure I don't know them at all (and yeah, I've checked behind me just to make sure there isn't anyone else). Having said that, I sure wouldn't mind getting to know them because some of them are hot. :P But what am I suppose to do apart from just smiling and nodding back?

This could just be the common curtesy "we made eye contact, I'm acknowledging you" head nod.

It could be that, or it could be the knowing 'gay' look (though there isn't usually a nod). Straight people always ask me to explain the look and how you know it, but it's impossible I think. It's just something you know. I often get it on trains/buses or occasionally in shops/straight bars.

Whether it means they're attracted to you is probably debatable.
 
I'm always in my own world when I'm at the street so I hardly ever notice such eye contact. It doesn't help that I always have my headphones on.

Quick question: how many piercings would you consider "too many"?

I think it depends on the place those piercings are.
 
My Twitters

On another forum I post we usually just link questionable pics so people can click on them if they want. Many states don't have to give reason for firing someone, and also don't provide discrimination protection for LGBT folk anyway. So while an office may be cool with people browsing the web while at work, if someone in charge who may be homophobic would happen to spot you looking at shirtless guys or guys deepthroating vegetables, you could get fired.

It would be nice if people could browse this thread without that worry while at work. But maybe I'm just being overly cautious? ^___^;;

Always had a crush on Katey Segal (sp?). It started out when I was young and was teasing my mom that I would bring something like Peggy home when I got older. Looks good, sounds good, in an alternative plane of existence i'd hit it.

My guy managed to get off work so we were able to go to the show anyhow. Front row and my arm around him. 'Brad' even teased us by handing him a rose and kissing my forehead during one of the songs lol. After that we had some good ol' Waffle House and talked for another 2 hours.

Took him back to his place and made out in front of his apartment for a good 20 minutes. He wasn't ready for me to take him to my place but sure wasn't ready for me to pull away. One thing i've learned since socializing/dating is apparently im not bad at kissing XD

We definitely want to see where this goes. Until then I'm going to meet new friends at the Eagle tonight and go on another date with ATL guy.

Yep, I'd do many a thing to her.

Not necessarily my second choice, but Tilda Swinton in some form or fashion always made me daydream just a little. I guess its because shes very androgynous but the way she looked in Constantine was just hnnnng in a way. She also reminds me of Johan from Monster which is a plus.

Please. If i took some pics of other guys in swim briefs and put a instagram filter on it, it would look the same. There's little excuse. If someone came by and saw it, who in their right mind would think "Oh, The Abominable Snowman is looking at old movie pics".

They would think "Oh, The Abominable Snowman is looking at old pics of old guys in swim briefs"

I'd argue that it's worse. I mean you talk about justification, but why in the would would I want to justify anything? And why do you think that the swimtrunks pic is more justifiable? Hell, it could be shrugged off as "People acting silly" much more so than a freaking old man walking around in swim briefs.

There is no way that can be compared to someone DT'ing a cucumber. None. One can be justified and one is classless.

I can't tell if you're being serious or not. A gay thread isn't what I would call work safe, where people are talking about their hook ups, dick size, or posting shirtless pictures. A picture of a guy eating a cucumber is just as risque. The only thing I might consider work safe on GAF is the gaming side. Off Topic gets into some pretty crazy areas sometimes, with text and images.

Personally, I think the whole work safe crap is bs. If you need something to be work safe, for fear of being caught, then you probably shouldn't be on GAF in the first place.

I'm not one for politics in music, especially when it comes to gay politics. My exception is Peaches. She's one of the few artists that really pushed gender roles and sexual/political issues with her music.

Anywho, this 19 year old kid contacted me and immediately started to ask awkward questions, "have you ever had sex?", ""are you masturbating?", "do you want to hold hands with me?", "do you wanna try to suck dick?"... I'm like "wha?", this kid I talked to for 4 minutes and doesn't even have a picture or anything up starts talking like that, and his grammar is like a 10 year olds... >_<
