Don't know what line of work you're in but hopefully it's not too difficult to find another job because walking out killed any chance of getting unemployment. Alternately, you may be financially stable enough that being without income for a period of time is fine, in which case I'd imagine quitting probably felt rather good.

I've done the rage-filled walkout quit before, and oddly enough was simply asked to come back to work the next day like nothing had happened. It felt like I was George Costanza being told that, no, we're not breaking up.

Office management/admin shit. Eh, I figure I'll take my chance with unemployment since I was doing 3 peoples jobs with no pay raise in sight.

I typed up a 2 weeks notice( it had like 5 words and my name) ran to his office slammed it on his desk and then went back to my desk. I was at the point of break down so I just got up 2 seconds later, clocked right out, went to his desk and said he can do his own damn inventory and quit. I was thinking about taking a tire iron to his car, and I wish I did. Especially after all the promises he made me. Fucking 2 faced asshole. I'm just going to call TABC and the fire marshall for the companies many violations.

Hey all, I'm back from my little trip down south. So tired but it was so worth it.

The gay bars there were pretty standard but definitely a laugh. One of them gives you a big bottle of champagne if it's your birthday. Which was awesome until I decided in my v drunken state that it was too much effort to use a glass and I quaffed it directly from the bottle.. whilst on the dancefloor.
