I'm too embarrassed to work out in public, but I've been trying to do more calisthenics while alone.
It is actually kind of a miracle I've managed to stay so thin. I eat junk food all day long, and until recently the only exercise I got was walking to/from the bathroom, and to/from the dinner table.
metabolism and all. I used to be like that as well until a year ago when body decided to hold on to the fat. Supplements(protein shakes, bars) will help you gain weight though
