went on a late night dinner with a cute boy yesterday, we have a lot in common, we get each others humor, and we both work in the entertainment industry. He also can quote the simpsons as well as I can.

Woot. Birthday tomorrow, turning the big 25. I purposefully didnt invite my ex, because the dumb girl inside of me wanted to see if he would give a shit and really want to come to my birthday like he said, so if he doesn't ask, I'm not gonna tell.

Tried talking online with 3 HIV+ guys (over the last year), friendship, getting to know each other, etc...but all 3 disappeared the moment they saw me on the webcam.

Another guy had an STD, and was nice to talk with and we had a lot in common; but he was more interested in sex...with or without protection; and wasn't interested in a relationship (well, with me at least since a few months later he started dating another guy; but the guy's as good looking as he is..so they fit :p)

Not that I look around, to date guys specifically positive or with an STD; but more like me thinking well, this guys might get a lot of rejection because of that (and I'm used to rejection for other reasons); so by offering my friendship and take things from there...but well, things were the same as every other guy (in my case).

It's probably good you don't invite your ex. You need some time apart and ultimately this will make the break up easier. My 25th was one of my least favorite birthdays: I had broken up with my boyfriend that year, I was feeling like I was getting too old to find someone and that I would end up alone (probably due to the break up, what a silly bitch I was) and I my job was less than fulfilling.
In contrast, my 26th birthday was one of the best ever: new boyfriend, on vacation in Greece and I had just learned I got into grad school and that I was moving to the US.

So don't get too depressed on your 25th (I remember you mentioning how much you dreaded it) because you never know what the next one is going to bring. Also, 25 is really young. Wait until you turn 30 to complain.

I have trouble really comprehending how people who spent 3 years of their lives so close together can just off and separate and never hear from each other again. I personally don't want that, I don't believe in it.

I just want to know that he gives a shit, he left me, and says he wants to keep being friends and in each others lives, if my birthday wont drive him to make an effort and he would rather hang out with the homewrecker that ruined out relationship, its just more proof to myself that hes a load of BS.

Believe it or not, my 25th is the same thing, broken up, job is less than fulfilling at the moment.

I am riding on high right now, I have started going around, dating, i am in the best shape I've been in years, and really honestly starting to feel whole again.
 
What I meant wasn't never talk to him again but distance yourself from him for a bit so you can work on yourself and mourn the relationship.

If you two really want to be friends eventually I feel it's really important. Otherwise it'll be hard for you to see him simply as a friend without all these feelings rushing back.

At least that's how I did it with my long term boyfriend when we broke up.

To add to what others have said, try not to regret your time together. Every relationship you have is a learning experience, and I am sure you have learned what you yourself like and want or do not care for in a relationship, and still have good memories from your time together.

I'm sure it hurts like a bitch to remember this stuff now, but hopefully in time you can look back more fondly and remember the good things you got out of the relationship.

Perhaps you're not even ready to think about dating others again, but you will find someone else Sai, hopefully even someone who is a better fit for you.

It may take time to get used to having more time to yourself, so try and fill it with things you like to do - but try not to coop yourself up too much, are you still meeting up with friends and stuff like that?

Most of all I would say get as much exercise as you can, it will do wonders for your mood, especially when you say you feel so low.

You will be okay, just give yourself the time to heal.
 
Well who knows if I'm gonna meet the new guy. You know what, I don't care right now. I'm content with my life the way it is right now. I'm still going to hang out with the guy I have feelings for, but I'm not going to pursue those feelings unless he shows any interest in me later on. At least I can still have a good friend.

I think I'm back up to 145 lbs now, I dunno what weight to aim for really, 160 maybe. Pretty sure I can manage that in 3, maybe 4 months.

My friend called me and said I could come over for 3 hours because he goes to bed at 12 and has to work all day tomorrow. I decided to pass on it. It's been 2 weeks since I saw him already, so it looks like it might be an even month because he is hanging out with a girlfriend next weekend because it's her birthday.

Oh well, I always knew I couldn't hold onto friends for that long, so what is the point?

Well maybe you can't hold onto friends because you pass on their invites. Also you seemed to enjoy spending time with him, so maybe that's the point.

Invite? Hardly so. I was asking him like all week if he wanted to hang out but no. Feel like I'm being blown off (and not in that way pervs). :/

Wow, won't post this as a thread; but just shocked to find out that well known Kabal-Mortal Kombat player, Erik Warda; is a model... XD ..
Following MK all this years, I've heard his name , more over the last months because of the newest game. But since I'm not that big into tournaments, etc. didn't mind...but then saw a site posting pictures about "exotic model Erik Warda" and was like "Damn nice....wait... that name's familiar?".

He seems to model mostly underwear for DMK Designs, is not safe for work (obviously, guys in underwear and some is even see-through). :O!

[though he looks better with shorter hair, still darn nice....surprise I mean!! :p]

Anyway, to kinda stay on topic; seems I'm kinda losing interest in the whole relationship aspect. Don't know if I just got tired of looking, waiting, rejections, etc. At the same time, I'm kinda glad since, I need to stay focused on improving and getting better (job, live by myself, etc.)..but still kinda disappointed since I still wanted to "feel" the whole thing about going out in a date an stuff. Maybe 2012 will bring a few surprises....then again, I've been expecting the same over the last years; so well....whatever.
 
Yeah. Though Chris Crocker also admitted working out and other stuff; when he decided to enter the porn industry (yep, there are nudies of him around).

That was a really good way for him to express his feelings, and it certainly made a very touching video. I feel bad for young kids having to go through so much shit like that. As shit as school can be a lot of the time, it really is such a great time in your life though - but if you have no friends then it's going to be so hard. Poor kid. :/
