Back in kindergarten, I had a rather strange attachment to my then male friend. I actually wanted to take him to my house to live with me. The thing was he wasn't the only male friend I had but it was him that I specifically wanted to be with back then.
When I was in primary school, I felt strange that I was mostly 'attracted' to masculine male characters when I saw saturday morning cartoons or my mom's soap opera (Dynasty's Jeff Colby was so fucking hot). Of course back then and even when I was in Kindergarten, I didn't think much of it but now it makes sense.
It's not until college when I saw full-blown nude male pics and then gay porn that I realized "Oh, I like guys." then experiment came along, etc.

I think I started looking at yaoi stuff when I was 12 I don't remember though. I remember having crushes on girls though but always too afraid to tell them. Does one need to plow the fields though? I mean, sexual exploration is important to personal growth, I admit that, but does every gay man need to go through a promiscuous phase to make up for lack of it during their early years? Cant you be gay and prefer relationships instead of one night stands with male strippers or the weekend routine of hooking up with some shirtess dude or Grindr fling?
