I posted a thread in the OT earlier this evening regarding my experience with the show Queer as Folk and how my relationship has transformed over the years with every viewing. For what it's worth, your thread was well-written and interesting to read even if I didn't contribute.

I actually finished watching US QAF for the first time last month (went through the UK version a year or so back), and while there haven't been any experiences in my life for it to resonate with, the show did at least ignite a wider range of feelings and emotions than many dramas tend to: jealousy, frustration, anger, disgust, but also more pleasant ones from time to time.

He's probably everyone's least favorite character (he sure was mine), but I identified with Ted above any of the others -- only without the (infrequent) positive upswings. Michael was a stupid twat most of the time, and I kind of don't want to believe people like Brian can actually exist.
 
Well like I said I'm meeting that other guy I met on New Year's Day again on Thursday and I like him. But we are just hanging out and we'll see where it goes from there...

Now the guy I was just talking about I might go hang out with him on the weekend at his place since I never have any plans on the weekend it seems and I'm bored just sitting at home when I can go have fun with someone.
