Great, i don't have Rosaria and i'm interested in Noelle and Bennet constellations, specially the latter.
2.3 first half banners. I guess the 4*s are the same across either of the reruns.
I'm torn on trying for Eula's weapon. I have a lot of primos from not spending in 2.2, but I wonder exactly how much of an upgrade it is over Skyward Blade. Maybe I'll just go for a constellation or two on Eula instead.

Yea I'm sure somebody will do the math. If it's not like a 25% or higher upgrade, I'll probably just roll for a constellation. My next is guaranteed on-banner, so that's good at least.

I actually like Rosaria's fishnets, I but Lisa looks like a 100x better design. No way would something that lewd make it out of playtests though in current day CN or the US.

Shenhe isn't previewing on my end, so here:
Shenhe comes from a branch family of a clan of exorcists. Due to certain reasons, Cloud Retainer took her in as a disciple.
To Shenhe, Cloud Retainer is a knowledgeable and chatty master.
To Cloud Retainer, Shenhe stands out as special from amongst the mortals she has instructed.
Living with adepti as a human is by no means an easy task, but Shenhe has a unique constitution, an immensely strong will, and a great talent for adepti arts, all of which have won her the acknowledgment of the adepti. However, the long years of cultivation, coupled with the habit of eating divine herbs and drinking the dew of the mountains, have made her more and more distant from earthly life, and she has even been regarded as a mysterious white-haired adeptus.
The occasional sharpness in her personality and the red ropes adorning her body add to her "mystery". If her past were to be written as a story, there would be multiple versions for sure.
Be it an immortal or a white-haired witch, how will people view this mysterious lady? Her secrets and feelings are as difficult to capture as the drifting clouds in the mountains.

Yeah, that's a headscratcher for sure. A geo character with a hydro/pyro weapon and EM substat. Maybe Yun Jin focuses on those crystallize shields? That sounds like a pretty hard sell. The weapon in the art doesn't necessarily have to mean anything though.
Shenhe looks good, but cryo is severely over represented in the game already, so that's a bit disappointing. I'm assuming she'll be a phys DPS character, which might be something I'm interested in.
Guess we'll just have to wait for some leaks with info on their kits. Hard to judge them now.

In the hindsight my RAIDEN C3 was a pretty fucking good "investment".

People joke over mama Signora, but a Cryo Catalyst dude... I never spend money in this game but I would happily spend on her. Cryo Catalyst is like the ultimate element combination.

Deathmatch is a very good universal spear for most characters, and it's pretty accessible unless you're strict F2P. I plan on R5ing mine in the next few months now that I'm done with R5 Black Sword just because of the overflow of spear characters. I'll wait and see on Shenhe, but I really hope she's not another physical spear character with pulsing AoE ground cryo application, which was her original leaked kit. It literally overwrites Rosaria because it also has some sort of effect in addition to cryo application.
Yea the designs are some of the best in the game, but they need to get a little more creative with the kits. I love Shenhe's visual update with the new hairstyle and the hip windows.
I'm waiting for the first non-Klee catalyst to actually be worth a damn using full time instead of swapping in and out. Ning's probably the next best one but it's hard to main Geo. Maybe Gorou will help but I refuse to use or pull for him so...
Shenhe as a Cryo damage focus Catalyst could have been a fun little niche.
They've been purposefully ambiguous with the whole Cloud Retainer/Shenhe thing, but it's looking more and more like it's not her. We'll know for sure when 2.4 beta hits and voice lines are leaked.

Yaoyao might be a catalyst, but I find it hard to believe that she'll be 5* or that she'll be on-field carry. Dendro at its current implementation is more likely to be a support/healing element, but I guess we'll see when they finally give us chasm.

They're going to push me in a full Cryo team at this rate and the amount of polearm users is sad. Top tier design for them though (and Pyro)

I do wonder if they'll ever give a 4 pc resonance effect for like "maining" an element, once there are more characters and role coverages out there. Seems counter productive to the reaction system, but they've basically done it with Geo, so who knows.

Maybe not the same bonus as when you do reactions, but enough that makes it perfectly viable would be cool. I wouldn't mind then because it's better than replacing a character you spent time raising with new one.

I think you finally made me realize why Shenhe bothers me so much. I put a LOT of time and effort into building Rosaria, only to have all that time basically shat on. Seems like they also target a lot of characters that I actually enjoy for this treatment. Sara, Amber, and now Rosaria are all pretty bad and I still get stuck trying to use them because I like the characters.
Then again, everybody thought Ganyu was going to be Cryo Amber, and a lot of people were expecting Yoimiya to replace Amber's niche, and both of those ended up not being the case. I guess I just need to be patient and see how this shakes out.

Yeah it sucks when they fuck up a 5 star in an element or role that could really use a good one, or just release more powerful 4 star when you can do so much more with their kit as we've seen with some characters. But character attachment comes into play and even if it's a massive pain I don't want to switch them out when you invested so much at that point (still waiting on Kokomi even for the new set).
Hopefully Shenhe ends up playing different or fulfills another niche in actual gameplay. But they've done many polearm users now.
